Why mindfulness at work
Mindfulness training, and MBSR in particular, has been studied in many scientific studies. It can help people handle stress better, lower the risk of burnout, and improve attention, emotional balance and the way colleagues work together. It is practical: participants learn short exercises they can use during the working day.
